For those who have their own camping equipment, fees are:

• $25.00 per person per night per site for an unpowered site
• $30.00 per person per night per site for a powered site
• $35.00 per person per night per site for a powered site for Campervans, Caravans, Camper Trailer, RV or Mobile Home

• Please indicate the number of people who will be on your site when you make your booking.
• Prices are charged per/person per/night, per/site. There is a minimum 2 night stay. There is a maximum of 6 people per site. Only 1 car per site, parking is available for additional vehicles nearby.

NB:

• Payments are processed on secure SSL PayPal processing servers.
• The transaction may take a while to transfer from the Accommodation Booking Site to the PayPal processor, please be patient.
• For the security of your information, we do not store credit card details on our server.

This year the Sydney Blue & Roots Festival has a number of Accommodation choices to help make your stay a comfortable and pleasant experience.

During the weekend of the festival, Accommodation in the Hawkesbury can be difficult to find.

To help alleviate the problem Sydney Blues & Roots Festival have organised a TENT CITY within walking distance to the venues (refer to the Venue Map below).

Stay in a large comfortable eco-tepee at the Sydney Blues & Roots Festival 2013

Book yourself a large comfortable tepee to stay in at this year’s festival from as low as $62/person/night.

The Tepee Life village is located inside a newly built camping ground, located only a short stroll from the main festival area. The village features toilets, showers, and a sheltered communal area with daybeds.

Each tepee comes with comfortable single mattresses (2 or 4/tepee), a table and an LED lantern – so the only thing you need to bring is your own bedding.

Two types of tepees available for booking at Sydney Blues and Roots Festival:

- 2 person tepee: $690
- 4 person tepee: $990

All tepees are available for four nights: from Thu 24 Oct (11.30am) – Mon 29 October (11.30am). There is limited availability – so don’t wait too long with your tepee booking.

Food handlers are required to abide by the NSW Food Act 2003. Food handling guidelines for temporary events can be found on the NSW Food Authority website and provides a checklist for all necessary requirements.

The NSW Food Authority publishes the Food Handling Guideline for Temporary Events

Most food businesses in NSW are required to notify their food activity details to the relevant enforcement agency, either the NSW Food Authority or the local council, before they commence food handling operations.

Preparation of food for sale in any buildings, vehicles or stalls for public consumption must comply with guidelines set out in Hawkesbury City Council's Food Safety Guidelines for Charities and Community Organisations brochure.  Food vendors are encouraged to read the requirements of the Food Standards Code in collaboration with the said brochure.
