The Dave Tice Band

Dave TiceWith a back catalogue of 14 albums and a swag of self penned songs Dave has no shortage of material to choose from and is looking forward to presenting the repertoire in a full band setting. It's with great pleasure that we're able to form the line-up with members of "Finn " who are by themselves an iconic Sydney Blues identity.

Dave Tice: - Vocals, harmonica, guitar.
Lead singer and songwriter for Oz-Rock legends "Buffalo" with whom he recorded 5 albums, winning gold records and aria nominations. All the `Buffalo" back catalogue is being re-released by Melbourne's Aztec music. Following "Buffalo" Dave went to England to join Brit Punk Rhythm & Bluesers "The Count Bishops" singing and writing 3 albums of scorching material for Chiswick records, touring the UK and Europe and scoring a top 40 hit with "I Want Candy". Two "Count Bishops" albums are currently being re-released in Europe. In 2005 the Count Bishops were re-united in London for two shows, the success of these gigs has prompted the release of a new EP/CD of previously unreleased tracks along with a 4 song live DVD.
Since returning to Australia he's formed and recorded "The Headhunters", sung on the award winning "J.R and The Bar Kings" album, recorded a solo album: "Lay Down With Dogs" and currently performs and records with Mark Evans in their acoustic duo "Tice & Evans".

Jim FinnJim Finn : - Drums, vocals.
Jim is one of the most experienced Blues drummers in Australia and currently leads his own band "Finn", 2004 winners of the Sydney Blues society's Performer of the year, which saw them sent to Memphis for showcase gigs. In a career which started when he was 5 years old he has played with just about every major Australian Blues performer as well as a plethora of international tourists. Jim has run the weekly muso's jam at the Empire hotel in Sydney for the last couple of years in the process helping to kick start the careers of many of the new young Blues players. Has run his own record company which was instrumental in bringing International acts to Oz and is currently putting the finishing touches on "Finn's" 4th long play CD.
Singer l songwriter 1 drummer 1 producer 1 band leader and raconteur, `nuff said.

Michael Lynch

Michael Lynch: - Bass guitar, backing vocals.
Michael's standing as a bass player on the Sydney blues scene is undeniable and includes stints with Bridie King as well as supporting many O/S artists and local blues legends. He has played Bass on recordings for an enormous number of Oz artists and contributed harmonica pieces to a number of Australian films and TV shows. Michael also plays Mandolin, Ukulele, Banjo and Harmonica

Paul Surany

Paul Surany: - Lead guitar, backing vocals.
Paul has been playing since he was 11 years old and attended Ashfield high school with Angus Young. In a career stretching back to the mid seventies he has played with numerous bands and currently fills the lead guitar spot in "Finn" as well as the "Flaming Beauties". He also runs a music school in Wollongong where he teaches the next generation of Australian blues muso's.

His past musical credits include working with many of Australia's iconic musicians, too many to mention. A fine enthusiasm and musicality is an asset to any project.
